I was told I needed to have my wheels aligned. I authorized the work to be done and paid to have it done. The very next day I had two tires replaced at a different facility and was told I needed a wheel alignment. Next time I will be asking for the displacement numbers before authorization to proceed. I did not hit any pot holes nor hit any curbs between the two wheel alignments.

Glenn was terrible. Short on communication and very rude. The whole Northridge Toyota team needs to be retrained on customer service. After having purchased all my Toyotas from here both personally and family I will ensure we never return to this dealer again. My car was going to be kept for 3 days for an oil change without any call or advising me prior to.

Not happy with Jeffrey’s attitude. My appt was at 8:30, which I was on time. He came out to the car at 8:46. “How are you today?” Nothing about bring past my spot. I asked him, wasn’t my appt at 8:30, yeah but everyone was running late this morning. So I don’t even get an explanation, well it’s not my fault. I should have left right then.
