The service advisor was kind of rude. He was aggressive about how long i have waited to do my service. He wasn’t friendly. He didn’t make small talk. I’m there to drop my car off and he just was a bit off putting. I am a Lexus customer and i have never experienced this kind of poor service at Lexus.

This was my second time dealing with Heidi Buchanan and she has been very helpful and communicative with my needs . She also has an extensive knowledge of the health of vehicles and what services u should get. Heidi also advocated for me to have a few things fixed for free under warranty.
I drive an hour away just to come to this Toyota dealership because Heidi is so good . I was taking my truck to Glendale Toyota and they had been so awful I had to stop going to them .
