This is not a reflection on Jeff, but after bringing my car in for a sunroof cover issue and bumper misalignment under the passenger headlight, I was told the problem was caused first by “impact” and then by “external forces.” I strongly disagree with this assessment and have opened a case with Toyota’s Brand Engagement Center for further review. My vehicle has no scratches or impact marks on the bumper.
After reassembly, the bumper now protrudes worse than before, and I also discovered a 2-inch gouge on my driver-side 3M ceramic window tint that was not there prior to service.
When I was initially shopping for this vehicle, I visited this dealership with my brother. Neither of us felt taken seriously by the sales staff, and we ultimately purchased our vehicles from another Toyota dealer. I decided to give this service department a chance despite that sales experience, but after this visit, I will be avoiding this establishment entirely going forward. My brother will be doing the same.
I’m extremely dissatisfied with the handling of this visit and the overall experience with this dealership.
