My experience was a bit unpleasant because I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was still the last customer to leave. All the other customers who came after me left earlier, and I had to wait until 6:15 to get my vehicle. Furthermore, the young woman who helped me only gave me vague excuses when I asked what time my vehicle would be ready. My wait for an oil change was more than three hours.
