She was unprofessional, rude, defensive, argumentative all over that. It was a flea car, and she didn’t know how to handle it and that I had to pay for it. Her adjacentcolleague explained to her how to handle it and what to do to gather the information for the flea car and she seemed frustrated and didn’t wanna listen to him either. I got there today to pick up my vehicle and they had a bill for me for $406 and that belong to the flea company. John who took care of me. Today was outstanding New exactly what to do. He said he would handle it and gave me my keys.
