Mustafa is the best! I called him and told him that my “check engine” light was on. He told me to bring it in (or have it towed) and he’d look at it. This was at about 3 pm. I was able to drive it over and he popped open the hood. He could tell from listening that one of the cylinders wasn’t firing and guessed that it might be the ignition coil. Later in the afternoon he confirmed that his technicians had indeed found the ignition coil as the problem. He gave me an estimate and began the work. I was so happy to have the mystery out of it on the same day. Thanks Mustafa!

Anthony is new and I understand he’s getting to know the technician team but I will say that I’m disappointed in how my appointment was managed. I arrived at 8:55a to check-in for my 9:00am appointment and let Anthony know I would be waiting for it. At 12pm, I checked in to get a status on my vehicle and all he could report was that it wasn’t done. At nearly 1pm I checked in again because I was running late for an appointment but he couldn’t locate the technician working on my car. At that point I requested an Uber to my appointment which Anthony supplied but the lack of communication was disappointing. My car wasn’t ready until almost 3pm. My mother-in-law, who had no appointment, dropped off her car after 10am and got her car back before me. What was going on? I honestly don’t know but it makes me think twice about bringing my car back here for service despite the fact that I pre-paid for a service package.
