My representative, Chris, was very nice. He explained the work that needed to be done or that was recommended and answered any questions or concerns I had. The only problem I have is that the prices are too high and Toyota doesn’t have senior discounts or many discounts at all for longtime customers.

Anthony said my car would be ready in 4 hours but it ended up being ready the next day. I asked for rental service to be covered because of this random inconvenience, he said Toyota covers only $35 rental fee and whatever is over that I will have to pay out of pocket. I told him that sounded strange and ask for the manager, then he said side the manager was busy and did it. I also told him to give me the list of the courtesy inspection I always get and he told me he didn't have it, but then gave it to me later when I returned with a question. I also told him my wipers aren't spraying water initially and when I got my car back I asked if they fixed it and he replied "yeah it's fixed". I checked it and it still wasn't working so I said " hey Anthony it still doesn't work" and Anthony replied " the mechanic must have been talking about another car". I had good conversation with Anthony about many subjects and we laughed together about many life stories. But I'm not happy with the white lies he told me and my trust was Broken. It wasn't satisfied to be honest.

Things needed to be done that I was never Contacted for until I picked up the vehicle I would’ve had the extra services finished while the car was still at the shop this was not Christophers fault it was the other service person’s call
