I am totally dissatisfied.
For replacing battery,I was quoted one price, but ended up paying higher price. $250 after fake discount,ridiculous.
I would never go back.

Tech imputed my Prius I could not get any updates
On my vehicle until it was actually ready. I have been to Northridge Toyota for three of my complementary services. Each time no service manager ever approached me promptly when I drove in my vehicle. To be honest I do not anticipate returning to your dealership as I have other options. You service managers need to get away from their desks and promptly attend to their incoming customers. This has not been my experience in three visits with Northridge Toyota.

Noel did a good job. However, I waited for 15 minutes before anyone came out to help. There were many others waiting. My appointment was for 10:00 but none are f the service people came out to help until 10:15. It appeared that there was a meeting which took too long.

I’ve been dealing with Northridge Toyota for MANY years. Frankly I wish I was more confident about the diagnosis than I am. Replacing the main battery at 148,000 was an expensive shock. I don’t know how you overcome that, however. It would have been at considerable risk to get a second opinion. I trusted our long-standing relationship, though I must confess to having doubts. One thing that might have helped: for years I dealt with the same service manager; that hasn’t been true for years.
