Why do you make appointments for a ten minute oil change and then take four hours to do the job? But this is the list part. After I paid, I had to wait half an hour to pick up the car. Mind that outside where I was waiting it was 98 degrees. No apologies offered, but only stupid excuses: “a lot of people came at the same time”. No, there were three customers all of which came after me and received their cars before me. Train your employees to apologize and to take care of the customers. If that means to physically go to fetch the car, so do it!
