Technician left empty plastic bottle under the hood with some oil in it. Heat from motor melted plastic spreading some oil to drip under cover plate causing it to drip on driveway. Very unprofessional !! Called Chris service rep and he was concerned and apologized, sent him pictures and he said he would follow up on it.

Can your staff not mess with customers seat setting?. Everytime I bring my car (all 4 of them) I notice that seats are always different. Would be nice if they leave it alone.
