I would not want to have a service with Antony Madrigal. His service is bad and doesn’t have a good attitude. I just changed my carbon filter on my last service and he said I needed one again. And I have to wait for 3 and 1/2 hours for a maintenance without any updates. When the car is ready, he simply called and ask me to go to him instead of looking for me in the lounge. Poor work ethic. Very disappointed. I always have my service with other lady and she’s polite and professional.

Confusion of cost of oil & filter change service. When I called to confirm cost & set appointment, your service customer service associate quoted a cost of 115.00 less 15.00 off with your coupon. When I arrived for my appointment, your service advisor quoted 128.00 for service???
I would appreciate accurate cost quotes & no variable quotes. I can go to other facilities to get my oil changed in future. Makes me feel like you’re not reliable on cost for service.
