David was polite and just handed me my keys. He didn’t bother to walk me out and make sure that everything was okay. Had he taken a moment to do that then he would have seen that the front windows are open and it had just rained. The interior got rained on. The steering wheel, front seat area and center console was dirty. I can understand not doing a detailing job, though this is the first time where I bring a car in for service and at least a lite detailing job wasn’t offered, but to not wipe down an area that was dirtied by a service person and leaving windows down when it’s rains, whether light or heavy, is something I don’t understand. You have two guys playing around the numbered cones and barely moves out of the way when a customer is trying to leave but they can’t be given the task of simply wiping areas in a car where their coworkers were in. It’s just not good customer service.
