He is the BEST service representative I have ever encountered, anywhere better than Keys in Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks and at this location.
He is knowledgeable he answered all my questions and took his time and is attentive.
For this reason I will be recommending my friend to get her car serviced
At NorthRidge Toyota. I would also like to say I had the best sales person as well he came up and said hi to me and this is a rarity these days! Kudos to Northridge Toyota for having exceptional employees that truly make a difference .
