Chris was great. But the software you use that generates communications to customers regarding inspection reports etc is pretty poor. It stated that there were problems that needed to be addressed yet no problems were listed. Because there were no problems. It is confusing.

I didn’t get the service he said I would. He “sold” me the service to change my front breaks and we got to a deal to have everything done today. I got a call back, and now the part/parts was out and it takes 3 weeks to get it. I was disappointed since I’m busy at work and it would have been great to get it all done at the same time.
