When i called to make my appointment i asked if i were to pay for the visit the person who made my appointment told me no i wouldnt be paying anything. Once i get to the dealer and speak to the service coordinator i was told i would be charged $200 for a diagnostic. i am upset theres people who work and do not know how to be specific and let us the customers know there can or will be a charge.
