On website there was an option to leave the car at dealer and leave. After it’s done they will drop it off at my house. But dealer said no there is no such a thing and I have a baby and it changed my schedule and made some difficulty for me

The only good experince I had was with Katy Sanchez. I had a horrible experience with the service technician part. I was there for 6 hours for a diagnostic test and that was with an appointment. My husband was able to find another mechanic who did the reading for free and it took a few minutes. Unless I barely get our car from toyota getting service there is a rip off.
