I brought my car in on a Saturday at 1pm. Glen informed me they closed at 4pm that day. I got the call that my car was ready at 3:30pm and reminded me they closed at 4pm. I knew I would not arrive by 4 to pick up my car so I decided not to pick up my car that day. I received a call at 5:30 from the receptionist telling me glen left my keys with her and that she would be leaving at 6. Again I knew I would be unable to make it time so she told me I can pick up my car Monday as they are closed Sundays.
