Katy Sanchez is the best, our Toyota tumdra had 3 recall and we were trying for almost 2 months to get those recall fixed and the representative by the name Mustafa who was helping us initially he told us that he was going to call us when the parts needed to repair the recall arrived but he didn’t called us we were calling him and we left about 5 voicemail and he was not calling us back finally Katy took our call and scheduled the repair for our car, she got everything taken care the same day, she is just the best very patient respectful and understanding I really like her attitude and attention to us.
