I personally felt that he wanted to gauge me for 2 filters and a tire alignment that I didn’t need. Your service advisors are ones that I don’t have anything good to talk about. I will make sure that I will go to another dealer for the remainder of my warranty period and will not refer any other future customers period

You guys were unable to find the problem on the car and suggest me to go to the other dealer even though I live close to your dealership but unfortunately you guys weren’t able to solve the issue after 3 times appointments so this is a shame since you guys don’t have the specialist technician to find the problems and sending the cars to the other dealers.

I appreciate the deductible discount provided by the service manager, however there was a delay getting the car back due to extra photos and supplemental info for the insurance to complete the 2nd payment so I had to make the 2nd payment myself to get back the car after 12 days since rental is only covered for 10 days. The car was returned quite dirty with sap on windows and body. A light outside cleaning would have been great. Overall Joe was responsive throughout the delay and explained the situation.
