It took 3 hours to get the battery change and oil change then 3.5 hours more to get the break pads and filter changed. It was too long. Also I feel that the services and parts are overpriced.

At check-in, the service advisor attended to us while watching a golf broadcast on his smartphone. My wife and I both felt that he was insincere. this is 1st unsatisfactory.
When I checked out, there were no reviews of the maintenance service with us, and I was only asked to pay. this is 2nd unsatisfactory.
Moreover, after returning home, I noticed that the maintenance sheet I received had printing not only on the front but also on the back. And I noticed back side stated that there is a problem with the battery, on the other hand, front side stated there is no problem with the battery. I don’t know which comment is correct and I was not informed anything from service advisor during maintenance. If there is something wrong with the battery, it should be replaced free of charge since it was only purchased at Toyota Northridge in JUN/2023. So, I immediately called the service advisor twice and never received a call back and I don't know if they even noticed the voice message. this unknown battery issue cause our anxiety. this is 3rd unsatisfactory.
And For battery repot on that back page, attached picture of battery checker is too small to see indicator. It’s not kind for customer to understand if it’s normal or abnormal.
