Noel was very nice and helpful. However, I was very disappointed when I got my car back and there was grease on the door sill and dirt on the carpet at the driver's side. When I got home i noticed that two of the rubber tire caps were missing. That is not the kind of experience I've had at from your service department in the past.

Totalmente decepcionado. Piensan que uno es ignorante en los temas mecánicos y funcionamiento de las partes de los vehículos. Respuestas ridículas y diagnóstico fraudelento. Lamentó que sean así porque sus clientes ignorantes en estos temas confían en uds y ponen sus vehículos en sus manos para diagnóstico justos y verdaderos.
Claro que sí comuníquense conmigo para explicarles y enseñarles sus fallas con fundamentos y pruevas técnicamente correctas
