My vehicle was ready to pick up but nobody told me it's ready and I had to wait an extra 75 minutes, and eventually I had to go to the desk to find out about it and they told me that they assumed I picked the car and left

Feels like my comments about the GHH were brushed off. It doesn’t get anywhere near the MPG estimated. Also, I asked to have a stick removed and it wasn’t. Other than that, I appreciated the experience and the folks I interacted with were very professional.
