I’m satisfied with my service advisor

Unfortunately this individual is not trained to respect clients, and has cero customer service, is an arrogant employee, a year ago l asked him For a liquid l wanted to buy myself ( he never gave me the information and l Never bought it), on the report said my car was leaking, l checked my car for two weeks there was no leaking whatsoever, today when he mentioned about the liquid l said no , im not interested last time you Said my car was leaking and was a lie, he raised the voice and told me if l didn’t know that there are many dealerships to go to and that l could go anywhere else, off course l was not satisfied, he said l am only Doing the oil change not the inspection but it happens to be that l had paid for the inspection already when l bought a plan; so l said you are going to do the inspection as l Have paid for it already and the change of oil, what a surprise, when l read about the liquid l Had asked was perfect and passed the inspection… so how Come previously he said my car was leaking? Because it was a lie, he is the type of man that sees a woman as weak and takes advantage and at that time as was pregnant so yes l do feel offended for the way this individual has treated me, l am the client whether he likes it or not and rule number 1 is the client is always right… l was not disrespectful at all but instead he said l was Coming with an attitude, there were clients around that can be asked and off course l have the attitude that no man is Going to lie about something that the car needs when the report says what l Already knew. Is unfortunate that there are employees that have cero respect for their clients

Everything went the way Mustafa and the Service department said. I'm satisfied with the results.

It took 4 hours to get a tire rotation when I was initially told it would take 90 minutes.

Joe was great. Friendly, apologetic about scheduling/ordering mishap. Was disappointed that the service techs didn’t properly secure and stow my spare after installing a new tire. Had to pull over after loud/violent banging and figure out what was going on.
