First of all I was told it was a 10k service now I get my car stating that it was a 1k service without a oil change which all cars have their oil change d The car wasn’t even washed and all it was done was something that could of been done on next service without causing hassles trying to loan a car to get to work Being a mechanic for 48 years I would like to know why the oil hasn’t been changed after the oil has been in the oil pan over a year and the grit from engine manufacturing being in the oil

I had to go back to Toyota because the glove compartment was left loose. Also today I waited around 4 hours to get my car back. My 5 service package expired today and they didn’t offer another service plan for me to purchase.

No need to contact me. But stop trying to recommend insane amounts of service. I get that you're trying to increase your service revenue but recommending $900 in stuff when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, take great care of my car, and have less than 40k miles is insane.
