Shadiest dealership experience we've ever had. We came here because it was a Costco recommended dealer. Unfortunately Costco had it wrong. We won't be coming back, which really **** because we were considering buying a Rav4 prime.
From the start Heidi and whatever tech she recommended started tacking on unnecessary things on our quote "rotors" when we knew for a fact we only needed brake pads. Then prices started changing and she started moving numbers around. We spent around 4 hours if not more at the dealer only for her to have us come back on Tuesday for the brake job. My wife went in since I worked and somehow paid just below $1,000 for a brake pad, brake fluid reservoir/fluid replacement. Unbelievable how this dealership is okay taking advantage of everyday people. Won't be returning and will be reporting to Costco. If the service manager could please respond I'd love to have a word.
