Manfred at Toyota kept my car for 5 hrs without giving me an update on the car. After 5hrs I called to ask at what time the car was gonna be ready and he told me “they are working on it it almost done “ 15min later he calls and tells me “your tires are bad so we couldn’t do anything for it “ was unable to give me a price on the tires at the time. Wasted 5 hrs of my day by keeping my car and being “unable to anything for my car because my tires” and no update on it. Such a bad customer service and didn’t even apologize. My car is still showing it needs maintenance and now I have to schedule my car for another day. Toyota needs work on communication with their customers.

You guys do a good job, but are WAY too expensive. I can get the same repairs done elsewhere for a FRACTION of the price. For example, $111 for a cabin filter???? Are you kidding???? I can get that done for $20, including the filter itself. Ridiculous!!!
