I had an oil change done and that was fine but I was disappointed about the customer service Anthony Madrigal provided at Northridge Toyota. I had dropped my car off around 8:45am and I didn't receive a call until 4:15pm. I tried 3 time to call the service advisor Anthony and left him messages to return my call but he didn't call me back until 4:15pm and then he very ignorantly informed that he called me at 12pm and the car had been ready since then. But I didn't have any missed calls or a voicemail message and when I informed him that he didnt respond or apologize for the inconvenience. It was very disappointing to have left my car for at Toyota Northridge for Over 7 hours just for a simple oil change. Please train Anthony Madrigal with customer service.

Anthony is excellent!! He took really good care of me in making sure my car was thoroughly examined after going over a big hole on the road. He got me in right away and the technicians were very thorough in taking the car for a test drive to ensure any noise was checked. I was relieved to know all was well.
