I’m not a techie & I have no family around that could help me. I’m 75 yrs. Young (ha). Anyway, it is difficult for me to ask for help with the screen. I really value what it can do. It would help if I knew the hours when I could get help and who I could turn to. Johnathan Kim has been helping me which I appreciate. Thanks for listening. I’ve tried to use the Manuel; it is hard to understand.

I was been assist by Heide Buchanan. I knew that I still have the the balance on my toyota care and that she was telling me that twas been expired last august of 2023 and she was amazed on why I was able to have my service last December of the same year. Did explain to her that the Toyota service care has 5 session and I still have to consume the last one, but still she was insisting that it was expired and I have to pay the service. Asking her to talk to the Manager and She was telling that the manager was not around and that the Manager was on the visible on the area, that I don’t even meet the Manager as I requested and not even asked helped from her team not unless I interrupted the other Service Advisor. We the consumer was expecting that everytime we’re having a change oil request for every 5,000 miles, that our vehicle oil has been replaced and that she was saying that the last service that I have was only tire rotation and odometer resetting. I don’t know if other consumer knew this. That this service advisor was made costumers upset as she’s not a professional and not capable of doing her job. And also I was bringing my 2 spare keypob to have it check since I’ve never using it and that it wont worked and that she said that I have been charged for diagnostic and I was insisting that it should be checked since twas a key from my vehicle and tha there was a lot of issue since I got it and telling that since day 1 driving from your shop to my home the next day I noticed a brake was malfunctioning and fluids was on my garage floor for a factory defect and still insisting that I might provided a wrong key fob. After the service has completed she called me and she was trying to open the keypob without a knowledge on how to open it and I show her the procedure. And that She was starting to be rude. Not even discuss me on the paper work that she wanted me to sign. She needs more training and to coordination with other staff if not familiar the system.

Not happy with this service. Not only were my seats covered in dirty hand prints but now my car says see dealer for service. I am very displeased and don't have time for this type of unprofessionalism.

Glenn is extremely friendly and easy going which makes for a pleasant experience. He walked me through some additional services my car needed and explained why each was important and took the time to make me feel comfortable with prioritizing each one to fit my budget. He made sure I had a ride to where I needed to go and that I had the exact info for my uber driver to assure my safety. I would definitely feel comfortable sending my family members to deal with him directly.
