I had asked to have my brakes checked because it screeches when it comes to a stop. After the mechanics evaluation they were determined to be good. The noise coming from my brakes is louder today than it was yesterday. This has me questioning the thoroughness of its evaluation. I just bought the car two months ago I wouldn't think they'd be screeching like this.

Waited a very long time in line I was 3rd in line when I arrived. Soon there were About 10 cars and trucks in two lines. I was the very last one served by my rep. I think he shud have asked another rep to do the preliminary stuff. Otherwise he was fine and did a good job overall.

Today I took my 2024 CROWN for a very basic service on the 5,000 miles, which is just inspect fluids levels, inspect brakes and rotate tires. I marked the four tires with Roman numerals before taking the car to Toyota Northridge. After I received the car keys back, the first thing I checked was the tires position. The four of them were in the same position as I marked them. I immediately called Anthony y explain my findings and my disappointment. The tire pressure was not inspected either. The report service report shows the tires were set to 38 psi each one when in fact they are 3 at 29 and one at 30 psi, which are the same readings showing on my Toyota App when I drop off the car. I want to schedule a meeting with the service manager to share mi findings with him. Anthony asked me if I want the service manager to review the cameras in the shop and I told him that I do want to see them Technicians in the shop are falsifying reports, just disappointing but illegal.
