Overall bad experience. Immediately I was greeted by a grumpy service advisor. Compared to other Toyotas. This was maybe the worst customer service. While I understand this is a business, nickel and diming clients is a horrible way to build repoir. In stark contrast, I’ve been to Toyotas who wash my car and fill my tank during service. I likely will never come back to Northridge Toyota

One of your salesmen was way to loud. He needs not to talk so loud. It is way to distracting and disrespectful to others around. Maybe you could make booths or small rooms to take them in when selling a vehicle!!! He needs to be told!!!
