This was My worst experience ever.I came for a 25000 mile camry maintenance. My Appointment time was at 10am, I arrived on time, and was told it's a busy day, and the estimated time for maintenance would be 2.5 hours. I told them to not check the cabin and engine filters, because they were changed recently. I confirmed this with the man at the desk. Nobody texted me about a delay, so After 3 hours, I asked the reception what was going on, and they answered that it would take another 30 or 40 minutes. I went back to waiting, and soon after I recieved a video that they are checking my cabin and engine filters, which I explicitly told them not to do. I received my car at 3 PM, after spending five hours waiting. This is horrendous, especially after I was told to arrive exactly on time multiple times prior. If you do not have adequate staffing, have a limited amount of appointments you can accept each day.

In response to my concerns, the service advisor repeatedly mentioned his computer was still loading and that these concerns should've been addressed from where I got the vehicle and it wasn't his job. To me it was a failed customer service experience. However,I loved the indoor spaces and the generous hot drink service!

It was a terrible experience with your service team. First of all, I had to explain what was going on and why I brought my brand-new truck in. I had a flat tire, and I towed my truck to your dealership's service department. The person responsible for signing me up told me, "I'll call you tomorrow after we finish the job, then you can come and pick it up." The day after, he called me and said there was no way to fix the flat tire and that they would have to replace it. So I said, "You don't need to change it. Just put the spare tire on, and I'll look for a cheaper price," because they gave me a $500 estimate. When I went to pick up my truck, I saw that the rim was completely destroyed because they were driving my truck on the flat tire in order to move it into the shop. When I complained to them about why they damaged the rim, they blamed me and put everything on my shoulders, saying that I was a bad driver and I was the one who caused all the damage. However, there is footage, and I have the video that shows them driving my truck over the flat tire without any care. I asked them very nicely to fix the damages and move on. Unfortunately, they didn't accept, and I have no other way to complain and sue the company but to come back with a lawyer.
