Jeff was great very professional. I spoke to him about the RTV issue my GR86 may potentially have. I told him if he can have the mechanics service the oil pan and he said it would cost me about $400 since Toyota has not made a recall on this issue. I didn’t like the outcome but I really appreciated his professionalism and straight forwardness. However, waiting 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection is unacceptable. My appointment was at 8:15 and I didn’t get my car back until around 11 Thank you Jeff for your help.

Appointment for 9:15 through online- I had the text confirmation- at the service they didn’t have it on their iPads- they took my car in around 9:30 for oils and tire rotation left at 11- seemed a little long! When I checked o. The timing I was told just a few more minutes a shot was but they said the other things I could consider having them do and I’m like it’s been 90 min I’m not saying yes and staying the rest of the day! The music in the waiting area was way too loud.
