Came in for a recall on faulty 4Runner front spoiler bolts and front spoiler replacement if necessary. Waited 3 hours. Finally was told the work would not be done because there was damage caused by a collision. Came home and looked at it and it and I noticed some bolts missing and the front spoiler appears to be to be worn from hanging after bolts failing.

Had an oil change appointment at 10 AM. I arrived 15 mins early. Was quoted 2-3 hours for my oil change, but it ended up being a 4 hour wait. Noelle was nice and knocked off a few bucks, but with the card service charge, it wasn’t really a discount. It cost me $170. One of the employees linked their blue tooth to my stereo, so their music was playing when I turned on the car. I closed my cup holder, but it was open when I got my car back.
