I really do feel like he is a great service advisor and appreciate all of his help and his honesty. In my humble opinion, he is currently the best service advisor Northridge Toyota has. The upcharge on simple service items is insane so I am forced to get a regular auto shop handle air filter changes and tire realignment for 1/3rd the cost. Charging 110 for a filter that costs $27 is too much of an up charge for labor. I’d happily pay $60 for the convenience even though the auto shop next door charged me $50 to change each one.

As soon as we drove off after buying four new tires the light came out for low air on tire. We had picked up when the service center was closed and with our busy schedule we couldn’t go back immediately. It was really unprofessional service this time. The communication was bad, also why do we have to purchase alignment when we buy four tires that comes with the purchase we have ford and mini and they all include that with the purchase of four tires… that speaks really low of toyota, which we have tried to stay in business with.

I have a recall on my Toyota Venza, which is the car that my daughter drives. She drove all the way up from San Diego where she’s in school to get it done and I had Pre called multiple dealerships and Northridge was the only one that was see us on a Saturday and they said they were ordering the part for me. Our appointment was at seven in the morning on Saturday, which is very early but we got there and turned the car in. After having the car for several hours and doing $500 worth of work that I didn’t know I needed, we were told that you didn’t have the part it was in Thousand Oaks, which is right next to my house. And so it wasn’t done the one thing that I needed done was not done. Unfortunately now I have to wait until July to get it done because my daughter can’t do it in San Diego for various reasons and then we’re going on vacation, so it was a very frustrating day at your dealership. Having said that Heidi was great obviously this was not her fault. So I enjoyed Heidi but other than that I left paying $500 for something I didn’t know I needed and no recalled part fixed.

Was very upset for the fact that Toyota of Cerritos sold me a Truck with only one working fob out of two and a non working credit card key . From the very first time I brought my truck to Northridge Toyota for service iv been asking to get these keys fixed in a working condition and they were not able to for some excuse to another Now Glen my Toyota guy is saying warranty doesn’t cover this issue because my keys are not the original keys !!! So now I only have one key and was called a Lier cheat by this F n retard !! The fobs and credit card key’s I possess are the same exact keys that were given to me when I bought this Damm truck !! I am soo ???? FN pissed off first that I only have one key to my vehicle and then called a **** Lier that I’m trying to pull a fast one get northridge Toyota to program a fob and a credit card for free this is the service I get!! This is how they are going to treat me !!!!! Never going back to Northridge Toyota!???? the hell with u guys going to take the truck back to Cerritos Toyota return this thing !!
