Tod was very good at communicating when our car was ready to pickup. We appreciated him texting and calling us with updates.

I was a little irritated because I had made a waiting spot and in the past that always meant 1-1.5 hours for regular service. Today when I showed up I was told it would be at least four hours. If I had known I would have scheduled it another day. So, I asked the tech, Tod about it, trying to understand (and I don’t think I was rude), and how I might plan better in the future and I felt very dismissed. I went to service manager who very patiently explained the situation and how to avoid this in the future which is all I wanted, just some help understanding how to avoid in the future. I will make a point of asking to not be assigned to Tod in the future. I feel I was treated like a non-person. Other techs, like Rachel, have been wonderful. He was a jerk.

A big part of my loyalty to your dealership is because of Rachel. she is so knowledgeable, incredibly kind and professional, and patient. In fact, today I witnessed her, helping an older, Hispanic woman, with the aid of a younger employee of yours, as an interpreter, going through, and explaining all of the repairs and costs, etc. or treating this woman with the utmost patience and dignity. I was really impressed.
You are very fortunate to have such a loyal representative of your service department as Rachel Mesada.
Further, because I stayed on premises and did some paperwork, I was able to. Watch the interactions of several of your employees who showed a kindness, sense of humor, and respect to each other. You have the secret sauce working for you and your organization, and it really comes down to your employees who I think are fabulous. It is actually closer for me to go to the Toyota dealership in Santa Maria from where I live in Los Olivos, but because of what I’ve just written above, I wouldn’t think of it.
