Tyler made time to squeeze me in during a busy holiday weekend. Then, when the appointment went beyond the scheduled time he brought me a rental car free for the overnight. He even offered to drive my car back to the next day. To top it all off he replaced one of my windshield wipers even though that was not part of why I was there! His service went ABOVE and BEYOND! I will actually seek out THIS particular Tonkin dealership the next time I need anything because of his exceptional accommodations and customer service. Thank you!
