Once again, Honda charged me for the tires rotation service, and I found out the technician didn't actually have the tires rotation done, they seems to skip the process and think us the customers have no clues, coincidentally, I mark my front tired again before bringing in my car for service, and once again I am in shocked that the tires were not rotated just like the 1st time. I am even more shocked that Honda didn't address the problem even though I brought up the issue the 1st time with them. This led me to believe Honda technicians have fooling the customers for some time now, and I am notvthe only victim.I am seriously considering going public so more people aware of this on going problem with Honda service.
