I have no problem with Tom. What I don't like is being told you can't help. I gave very specific symptoms. I wanted to hear you would contact Honda to see if other people had the same problem. I no longer trust my Honda.

I asked for a tire rotation, and they did not inform me that it would cost extra. In the past they have done it for free. Had I known it was extra I would not have rotated my tires, I think when I asked they should have explained the cost to me.
