Terrible customer service. Never responded to texts through the messaging system. We had to call multiple times and leave messages to get an update on our vehicle. When I did get through I was told someone would call me back after their lunch break, I never received a phone call. The car ended up needing to stay over night and told we would get an update the next day - we were never offered a courtesy vehicle.

You forget to put my appointment in your schedule and told me that I don’t have appointment in the very first and You took almost 2 days to just diagnosis my car. I found out you tried to charge me almost x2 cost plus you said that I have to change some part that I don’t even need it for. Thank goodness that I went to different car repair for second opition. I would never go to this Ford store.
Lastly, I’m very upset that you took my whole 2 days for nothing. Horrible Service I ever had.
