The service agent was good and did her best to make a bad situation as best as she could. In the past four months I’ve had to spend $4,000 to replace faulty gaskets and seals on a vehicle with 69,000 miles on it. I have always been a strong Murano enthusiast (have owned three of them) and right now I wouldn’t go near. Nissan product with a ten foot pole. What I thought was a reliable, dependable automobile is obviously not. Nissan has lost a consistent customer and apparently couldn’t care less. Bad on you.
