I made an appointment for my truck to have or changes 7::30 a.m. arrived at 7:30 it took 2 and a 1/2 hours to get and/or change Donal my vehicle I was the 1st one in the shop and everybody that came in after me had the car service before mine I don't understand what's the purpose of having a schedule when you still get put to the end of the list after you called for an appointment

Didn’t try to help with a solution. He just emailed a $1200 quote, knowing I was not pleased with how we got to the problem. A phone call and willingness to talk through other solutions would have been a better approach.
