Only issue was that my vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke when I picked it up. A heavy smoker must have driven it. I despise the smell of cigarettes and had to open my windows while driving away from dealership.

How did you manage to strip out the drain plug then blame in on high mileage on a car that is nearly 2 years old. You replaced the drain plug but This was not a satisfactory answer and left me concerned about the condition of the sump, if the thread was stripped there also and will it leak in the future

My car was unable to be fixed because they couldn’t hear what I explained to them and showed them a video what it was doing. It was doing the same thing that it did when it was in the shop 3 weeks ago same issue! Plus I was given a rental for the time the car was in the shop, was told it wouldn’t cost me anything because my car is under warranty, picked my car up and they charged me for the rental because they couldn’t find a problem with my car. I was not told I would be charged if the car was not fixed! I could of found a ride home or an Uber cheaper than a rental from y’all! I am not satisfied at all with the service I received today and I am very disappointed being that I have never had an issue with this dealership.
