Heaven was great! Service was great… the only thing that wasn’t was they asked if I wanted my car washed and I said yes… it was never done. Not the end of the world, however I was looking forward to picking up my clean car:(

First of all I never met this person Michael that you mentioned. The work on my car is satisfactory, but it took 42 days to repair my car. Not happy with that in meantime had to pay for a rental out of my pocket because the person that sold me the car said I had coverage thru Toyota, then I was told that it was not covered through Toyota.
