Tori was very professional, but it seems that there is lack of communication from the dealership to the customers. My truck was kept for an extended period of time with no attempt to let me be known. Leaving me without a vehicle for the following day. Dropping my vehicle off at 2pm the day prior and not receiving it back until 3pm the following day for a warranty repair when I was told all parts are present and did not need to be ordered
