She had something replaced I did not ask for. I told her verbally, via text and via call not to change ANY air filters. When I received my invoice, I was surprised to see I was charged for the air filter. I was in a rush and paid and left (I was here for 2.5 hrs) and called the service dept from my truck. Incredibly frustrating as I was charged for things I did not want. I was also charged for “customer asked fuel treatment” which I did not ask for. I don’t even know what that is! Madison was not very helpful whatsoever. I feel betrayed almost.
