I had a 3pm appointment for 5.000 mile service. Tori was excellent. She advised me that it should take an hour to an hour 15 min. I waited in the new lobby. It is beautiful. At the two hour mark, I went to speak with Tori. She said it is done but still needed to run thru the wash. I was rude to her, and for that I’m sorry. I was tired of waiting. I just asked for my car. I realize it wasn’t Tori’s fault. She apologized for being overbooked. She is an exemplary employee and an example of how customer service should be, however waiting that long for a simple maintenance was frustrating.

Pusually I have always been very happy but this time while I was waiting on my vehicle to be serviced I got a call from Sanuel there about lowering my car payments now thinking he meant just that I agreed to talk to him only to discover he wanted to put me in another car when I declined and got my vehicle back my subscriptions to maps and other stuff did not work anymore. I would cut back on the 4 text appointment reminders and email reminders that don’t have an option to confirm, plus the two phone calls. A little overboard for a busy person to get on their phone while trying to work or spend time with family.
