I was not provided with a complimentary car wash or coffee. Instead, I had to use Uber to travel from the dealership to my location and back. I am uncertain whether the individual was new to the dealership, but I certainly did not receive satisfactory customer service.

It’s not a deal breaker for the service I received, which was wonderful and Kim did a great job answering any questions I had. She also explained in depth what the noticed concerns were after my inspection and ran me through pricing of each concern I had asked about. However, again not the end of the world because it is complimentary, don’t tell a customer you’re going to run their car through the wash if you are not going to. My car looked the exact same when I got it back, no cleaner or dirtier.

I appreciate Kim for convincing me it was not too late to have service take a look at the problem with my glove compartment. Within a few minutes, the problem was repaired. Kim also made sure everything was working properly before I left. She was so very nice and accommodating. Kim's customer care is top notch.
