I was there at 4:30 in the afternoon to have my check up on my car which was supposed to be a oil change and tire tire rotation two hours later the man came in and said to me we have a problem you have a nail on the outside of your tire and it cannot be fixed we have to get a new tire so now I am almost $500 with a new tire plus in oil change and rotation on my tires so then they came to me and told me that they had a new tire so my heart I got in touch with my husband and he said go ahead and get the tire while they went to put the tire on my car and that tire was no good so therefore I had to leave go home and come back the next day at 8 o’clock in the morning I was there and I was going to take the shuttle to go to work and the coda worker that I had said no not a problem to the shuttle man because I’m gonna have her car out of here in no time well an hour and a half later I’m still sitting there nearest to say I did not get to work until 9:35 not a happy person!!!!!
