I asked them to check the threshold of when the tire light indicator goes on and let them know that it usually come on at 33 psi. Also mentioned to rotate my tires. So I get the car back and my tire light is still on. So they took it back and added nitrogen. Then I took my car to head home and when driving it was pulling to the left. They took it back and rotated the front tire to the other side. I got there at 8,30 and did not leave till 11.15. Very disappointed in the attention to detail. I went to talk to Mike P and let him know about the issues I was having. Car rides nice now but should not have been there almost three hours

I have been a customer of Bev Smith for twenty years and Liz has known me for that long and I never paid $ 85.00 for an oil change. I normally have Tylor or Joseph for service, check my record. long, check my record. I usually do it during the week. The other thing I didn’t like he tried to sell me some wiper blades that I didn’t need, than he said I will be needing some tires which I didn’t need at this time. I have never had a complaint in twenty plus years. Sorry ???? I usually have a coupon and if I didn’t most of the time I got one. I hope this will help . Have a nice day Don Cote

I have been going there for about 10 years to get my car serviced and have purchased with my wife and mother-in-law vehicles. In the time I have been going they usually call me if there’s a change in price for any reason. This time I went to get an oil change and I advise my advisor we had a coupon. They did the oil change and they never called me to tell me they had to add more bottles of oil because it was an eight cylinder car. I at no point in time did I get a phone call advising there was an up charge and I was not notified at all.
I Believe the customer has the right to know what they’re getting charge for before they perform the work.
