I was told 2 people including the Mechanic drove my car heard the noises and identify them and fix them. As I left and was driving back home to Okeechobee I’m hearing the noises that I was hearing before I brought the car in.

When I called Bev Smith Toyota to make s add n appoint they couldn’t even find me in the system! It took the receptionist forever and I’m not sure she ever found my contact info! I made an appointment for Sat. 9/10 at 4:00. When I arrived they didn’t have me on the schedule. No surprise! Nothing about this dealership has been a positive experience since the day I purchased my RAV 4. Fortunately they were able to work me in. I’m so fed up with Bev Smith Toyota!
