Call ****-****-xxxx when i brought the truck in for 5,000 mile service i conplained about the truck pulling to the right they checked alignment but the problem was still there i brought it back at 10,000 miles for an oil change and thats when the tech noticed a tire was backwards so today for its 15,000 mile service i informed service writer about that issue and told her it has already had 2 alignment before the tech realized the tire was backwards and now today its pulling again to the right

Tyler and the team were top notch! My 3 year old Tundra drove better on the way home today than it did new. Literally. A chronic, minor tire balance issue was evidently corrected with the balance performed today. Kudos to whoever did that work!
Thanks also to Service Director Jim for meeting with me concerning the IT issues I encountered while making the service appointment. As a retired IT exec, I wanted a dealership exec to understand how IT was negatively impacting the customer service experience. Jim was precisely the right guy.
To senior dealership management I’d say… the IT team is acting as customer repellant. Your great service team deserves better front-end support to attract and prepare customers. Jim know how to reach me for the specific examples of communication and interaction that support that statement.
I got what I came for thanks to the service team… quality service at a price I was willing to pay. Thanks for that!
