I do not enjoy the number of text messages and phone calls I receive when all I scheduled was a routine service. “Tori” made up for the annoying sales inquiries and communication. She was very pleasant and makes the customer feel valued. She treated me with respect and courtesy. She is the nicest employee at Bev Smith

I have been a customer at Bev smith since 2016 and have gotten 3 cars here. I switched my car out in Jan 2023 and was told I would have toyota care like I always do. It’s a big reason why I even switched out my car. To come in today to find out that that was a lie and I would have to now pay out of pocket for my oil changes is so upset. That is not what I was told when getting my car. I found out the person I filled out my paper work with does not even work there anymore and nothing can be done is more upset. I will not be doing business with Bev smith anymore. I do not like being lied to.
