Assessment was to take “around one hour” and took over two hours. I was there 4 hours and no progress was made. When I left after the 5,000 mile service the next day, the mileage sticker had not been replaced and service worker could not even clean the window on driver’s side that had a streak requiring a solvent.

I knew I had some water stains on my headliner and when I went in Kevin explain to me that the gaskets were leaking and that’s why the inside was wet and that it was a warranty issue that would be covered completely and they replace the gaskets and replace my headliner within a matter of just a few days very satisfied with the service I received

There are scratches and marks on the console trim and shifter handle that were not like that when I dropped my car off. I texted pictures to Kim but got no reply. That was the first thing I noticed when I got home. The tire pressure light came on half way home yesterday after I picked it up and was able to reset it this morning so that’s not an issue now. Kim has been my point person in the service department for sometime in lieu of the fact she has a demeanor about herself that focuses not only on the preventative maintenance of the vehicle but the safety factors that affect the vehicles performance as well. 1.5 Hrs to do an oil change service, is terrible service. Moreover, this service dod not include a tire rotation, so, it should have taken less than 30 minutes.
I was pleased to see more females on your crew. I was slways treated with respect, my concerns were hesrd and acknowledged.
I feel that there needs to be a quicker service set-up for oil-change service.
